By accessing or using the NurseVox platform at nursevox.com or app.nursevox.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use NurseVox.
NurseVox is an AI-powered interview preparation platform designed to help nursing students and healthcare professionals practice for job and residency interviews. The platform includes a Q&A knowledge library, AI chat practice, video mock interviews, and panel interview simulations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NurseVox. By using the platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You must create an account to use NurseVox. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
NurseVox offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to begin a trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends.
If you do not cancel before the end of your 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your card will be charged at the applicable monthly or annual rate. You will receive reminder emails on days 1, 10, and 13 of your trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Institutional and school accounts are billed annually under separate agreements.
NurseVox provides AI-generated coaching and feedback for educational purposes only. AI feedback does not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes. NurseVox is a practice tool, not a career counseling or placement service. All AI responses are generated automatically and may not reflect the preferences of any specific employer or hiring manager.
When you use video mock interview features, your sessions may be recorded and stored per your plan's retention schedule. You consent to the recording and processing of your sessions for the purpose of delivering coaching features. Session recordings are private to your account unless you explicitly share them.

All platform content, question libraries, AI models, software, and branding are owned by NurseVox LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any NurseVox content without written permission. Your account data and session recordings remain yours; you grant NurseVox a license to process them for the purpose of delivering services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseVox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
NurseVox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI feedback will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NurseVox shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Palm Beach County, Florida. You waive the right to bring claims as a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of NurseVox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
